You retain ownership of all content, documents, prompts, data, strategies, files, intellectual property, research, and materials uploaded or generated within your PA-AI environment ("Customer Content").
Psycho-Aesthetics, Inc. does not claim ownership of Customer Content.
Unless expressly disclosed otherwise in writing:
• Customer Content is not intentionally shared across customer environments
• Customer Content is not intentionally used to train public third-party large language models
• Customer Content is processed solely to provide the Services requested by the customer
• Customer Content remains associated with the customer's authorized environment and workflows

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use information to:
• provide and maintain the Services
• authenticate users and manage accounts
• process transactions and subscriptions
• support AI-assisted workflows and analytics
• improve platform functionality
• monitor performance and reliability
• provide customer support
• detect fraud, misuse, or security issues

4. AI PROCESSING & THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDERS
Certain PA-AI features may utilize third-party AI infrastructure providers, including providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or other AI service providers.
Where third-party AI providers are utilized:
• processing may occur through secured API-based interactions
• information may be transmitted to enable requested AI functionality
• processing is governed by applicable contractual and platform controls
PA-AI is designed to minimize unnecessary exposure of Customer Content wherever reasonably practical.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, PA-AI does not intentionally use Customer Content to train public-facing third-party AI models.

5. PAYMENTS
Payment processing services may be provided through third-party payment processors such as Stripe.
We do not store full payment card numbers on PA-AI systems.

6. COOKIES & ANALYTICS
We may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to:
• maintain platform functionality

• analyze usage patterns
