AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Legal Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Psycho-Aesthetics, Inc., a Nevada corporation operating in California ("Company," "PA-AI," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the PA-AI platform, website, software, tools, applications, analytics, outputs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

PA-AI is a human-centered intelligence and decision-support platform designed to assist users in strategic, operational, innovation, design, business, and analytical workflows.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms.

1. OUR SERVICES

The Services include proprietary human-centered analytical systems, strategic intelligence frameworks, predictive tools, decision-support workflows, AI-assisted analysis, and related technologies made available through the PA-AI platform.

The Services are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only.

The Services are not intended to constitute legal, medical, engineering, financial, investment, accounting, regulatory, or professional advice.

Users remain solely responsible for evaluating and validating all outputs, recommendations, analyses, and decisions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally authorized to enter binding agreements in your jurisdiction
• you have authority to bind any entity on whose behalf you use the Services
• your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations

3. CUSTOMER CONTENT, OWNERSHIP, AND CONFIDENTIALITY

You retain full ownership of all content, materials, documents, prompts, strategies, intellectual property, research, business information, data, files, communications, and other information uploaded, submitted, generated, or processed within your PA-AI environment ("Customer Content").

Psycho-Aesthetics, Inc. and PA-AI do not claim ownership of Customer Content.

By using the Services, you grant PA-AI a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license solely to host, process, analyze, transmit, display, and use Customer Content as reasonably necessary to provide the Services to you.

Except as expressly authorized by you, Customer Content will not be sold, publicly disclosed, intentionally shared across customer environments, or used for unrelated external commercial purposes.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY AND AI PROCESSING

PA-AI is designed to support workflows that may involve confidential, proprietary, commercially sensitive, or strategic information.

Unless expressly disclosed otherwise in writing:

• Customer Content is not intentionally used to train public third-party large language models
• Customer Content remains associated with your authorized environment and workflows
• Customer Content is processed solely for purposes of providing the Services requested by the customer

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Services include proprietary methodologies, analytical systems, ontologies, scoring systems, workflows, prompts, taxonomies, models, strategic frameworks, software, designs, content, and technologies owned by Psycho-Aesthetics, Inc.

This includes, without limitation:

• Psycho-Aesthetics®
• The Human Intelligence Layer™
• SPS®
• SIS®
• related analytical systems
• proprietary scoring methodologies
• strategic intelligence frameworks
• platform architecture

6. AI GENERATED OUTPUTS AND DECISION SUPPORT

PA-AI provides analytical tools, predictive frameworks, human-centered assessments, strategic models, and AI-assisted outputs intended to support decision-making processes.

PA-AI does not guarantee:

• commercial success
• adoption outcomes
• market acceptance
• investment performance
• engineering feasibility
• legal compliance
• regulatory approval
• operational execution
• business outcomes

Outputs generated by the Services are intended solely as informational and decision-support resources.

7. ENTERPRISE SECURITY & GOVERNANCE

PA-AI is designed with enterprise confidentiality, controlled-access workflows, and governance considerations in mind.

While no system can guarantee absolute security, we implement commercially reasonable safeguards intended to support controlled access, customer data integrity, operational security, and organizational governance workflows.

8. REGULATED INDUSTRIES

Certain features or workflows within the Services may not currently be certified for use under specific regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA, FISMA, GLBA, or other industry-specific compliance standards.

Customers are responsible for determining whether use of the Services is appropriate for their regulatory obligations.

9. DISCLAIMERS

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PSYCHO-AESTHETICS, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PA-AI shall not be liable for decisions, investments, product launches, strategic actions, regulatory outcomes, operational changes, market performance, or commercial outcomes arising from reliance on outputs, recommendations, predictive scoring systems, or analytical frameworks produced by the Services.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
